Who Pays for Treatment?
You will be re-evaluated on a monthly basis and before any follow-up appointments with your doctor. At this point, we will take new objective and subjective measures, provide you with our recommendation, and collaborate with you and your physician, to determine your best course of continued care.
If insurance does not cover your treatment or does not cover your treatment in full then you will be billed for your remaining balance. Many insurances require a copay or deductible. In most cases, these are collected at the beginning of your visit, prior to care.
