Paulette is a Certified Athletic Trainer. She specializes in sports massage, strength, and recovery for full-body wellness. My mission statement as a Health Care Provider is to help clients prevent and treat injuries with the use of therapeutic exercises and modalities. I am a strong believer and advocate of taking good care of your body through proper movement. Her hobbies include swimming, traveling, experiencing different cultures, and playing sports.
